Craft to Heal Year Long Workshop Series: Join Anytime!

craft to heal workshop

A Guided Creative Journey for Healing, Connection, and Growth

Craft to Heal is an expansion of the ideas in my book, Hook to Heal, which explored how crochet can be a powerful tool for self-care and creative healing. This workshop series takes those concepts even further, opening them up to include all fiber and thread arts – knitting, embroidery, quilting, sewing, weaving, and beyond. Whether you work with yarn, fabric, or fiber in any form, this journey is designed to help you use your creativity as a source of mindfulness, transformation, and community.

This program isn’t a traditional craft class—it’s something more expansive and personal. It’s a space where you’ll explore how the creative process can help you:

✔ Reduce stress and cultivate mindfulness
✔ Strengthen your relationships through intentional making
✔ Navigate life’s transitions with creativity as a guide
✔ Build a more meaningful, fulfilling creative practice

No matter where you are in your creative journey, you can join anytime. Every month features a unique theme, allowing you to participate in the topics that resonate with you the most.

Who Is Craft to Heal For?

craft to heal guided workshop

This workshop series is designed for artists, makers, and creatives who want to engage with their craft in a more intentional and transformative way. Whether you crochet, knit, quilt, embroider, or work with fiber in any form, this program will help you:

  • Reconnect with your creativity as a meaningful practice
  • Move past creative blocks and cultivate self-expression
  • Use craft as a tool for personal growth and healing
  • Find community and support in a group of like-minded makers

This is not a technical skills class. You don’t need to be highly skilled in your craft—just open to exploring your creativity in new ways. I won’t be teaching “how to” do any crafts though so you should come with minimal experience in at least one craft.

✔ Because craft is healing.
✔ Because it’s too easy to push creativity aside—and too important not to.
✔ Because crafting in community has a ripple effect of healing.
✔ Because the way you engage with your creativity can change your life.
