I began my adult foray into crochet by learning to create wearables of all kinds. I quickly realized that I didn’t enjoy working with other people’s patterns or any pattern at all really and instead would just shape clothing to my own size and style as I worked. I’ve always loved experimenting with fashion but I’ve never enjoyed sewing so this was a way that I could create my own personalized clothing line without having to sew.
